User Agreement
1. Definition and Scope
1.1 "Latter Service" refers to the mobile application software provided by Latter Company (hereinafter referred to as "Latter") and the related services provided through the software.
1.2 "User" refers to an individual who has registered, logged in, and used the Latter Service in accordance with these Terms.
1.3 "Account" refers to the account registered by the User in accordance with the rules of Latter, through which the User can use the Latter Service.
1.4 "Content" refers to all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, tags, and/or other materials that the User uploads, publishes, or displays when using the Latter Service.

2. Account Registration and Usage
2.1 You must be at least 16 years old to use the Latter Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old.
2.2 When registering an account, you must provide true, accurate, and complete information, and keep your account information updated in a timely manner. If the information you provide is false, inaccurate, or incomplete, Latter has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse to provide you with any part of the Latter Service now or in the future.
2.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify Latter of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
2.4 You may not transfer, lend, or otherwise allow others to use your Latter account in any way. If you do so, you shall bear all responsibilities arising therefrom, and Latter shall not be liable for any losses caused thereby.

3. Service Content and Usage Rules
3.1 Latter provides you with services including but not limited to social networking, information sharing, and content creation through mobile applications and other forms.
3.2 You may use the Latter Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:(a) In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation;(b) To transmit or procure the sending of any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter", "spam", or any other similar solicitation;(c) To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Latter, a Latter employee, another user, or any other person or entity;(d) To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by Latter, may harm Latter or users of the Service or expose them to liability;
3.3 You acknowledge and agree that Latter may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

4. Fees and Payment
4.1 The basic services provided by Latter are free of charge, but Latter reserves the right to charge fees for certain value-added services. You can view the specific charging standards and methods on the relevant pages of the Latter Service.
4.2 If you choose to use the paid services provided by Latter, you must pay the corresponding fees in accordance with the relevant regulations of Latter. If you fail to pay the fees as agreed, Latter has the right to suspend or terminate the provision of paid services to you.
4.3 All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law or as explicitly stated by Latter.

5. Termination

5.2 Latter reserves the right to change or terminate the Latter Service at any time without assuming any responsibility to you. Latter may notify you by webpage announcement, email, telephone, or letter, and such notification shall be deemed delivered to the recipient upon sending.
5.1 You may terminate your account at any time by contacting Latter customer service. Upon termination, your right to use the Latter Service will immediately cease.
5.2 Latter reserves the right to change or terminate the Latter Service at any time without assuming any responsibility to you. Latter may notify you by webpage announcement, email, telephone, or letter, and such notification shall be deemed delivered to the recipient upon sending.
6. Privacy Policy

7. Intellectual Property
7.1 The intellectual property rights of the content provided by Latter in this Service (including but not limited to web pages, text, pictures, audio, video, charts, etc.) belong to Latter. The copyright, patent right and other intellectual property rights of the software on which Latter provides this Service belong to Latter. The copyright or trademark right of the business logos such as "Latter" used by Latter in this Service belong to Latter.
7.2 The intellectual property rights of any content you upload, publish through Latter still belong to you or the original copyright owner.
7.3 For any content you upload, edit, or publish through Latter, Latter and/or its affiliates shall have a permanent, irrevocable, free, non-exclusive license worldwide in any form and carrier. Latter shall have the right to display, publish, and promote the foregoing content in any form, and shall have the right to edit, copy, distribute, information network dissemination, and other reasonable uses of the foregoing content. You specifically authorize Latter to file a lawsuit against third-party infringement in its own name and obtain full compensation. Latter does not need to give you any remuneration or assume any obligations for this, nor does it need to notify you separately.
7.4 The intellectual property rights of the above and any other content contained in this Service are protected by law. Other third parties who have not obtained permission from Latter, you, or relevant right holders may not use it in any form or create related derivative works.

7.3 For any content you upload, edit, or publish through Latter, Latter and/or its affiliates shall have a permanent, irrevocable, free, non-exclusive license worldwide in any form and carrier. Latter shall have the right to display, publish, and promote the foregoing content in any form, and shall have the right to edit, copy, distribute, information network dissemination, and other reasonable uses of the foregoing content. You specifically authorize Latter to file a lawsuit against third-party infringement in its own name and obtain full compensation. Latter does not need to give you any remuneration or assume any obligations for this, nor does it need to notify you separately.
7.4 The intellectual property rights of the above and any other content contained in this Service are protected by law. Other third parties who have not obtained permission from Latter, you, or relevant right holders may not use it in any form or create related derivative works.
8. Legal Responsibility
8.1 You understand and agree that you need to bear full legal responsibility for all activities occurring under your account, including but not limited to registration and login, application review, account operation, content publishing, and any other behaviors conducted using the Latter account. You shall judge the content in the Latter platform by yourself and bear all risks arising from the use of the content, including the risks arising from the dependence on the authenticity, legality, accuracy, and effectiveness of the content. Latter cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by your actions.
8.2 If Latter discovers or receives reports or complaints from third parties that you have violated this Agreement, Latter has the right to delete the relevant content at any time without notice, and impose penalties on the violating account according to the severity of the behavior, including but not limited to warnings, restricting or prohibiting the use of all or part of the functions of this Service, freezing or terminating the account. If you are complained about violating this Agreement, this Service-related agreements, rules, or relevant laws and policies, after Latter's reasonable judgment, Latter has the right to terminate your friendship without your consent.
8.3 If your one-way or two-way friends violate this Agreement, this Service-related agreements, rules, or relevant laws and policies (hereinafter referred to as "violating users"), Latter has the right to deal with the violating users in accordance with relevant agreements and rules. If this causes adverse effects or losses to your use of this Service, Latter shall not bear any responsibility.
8.4 If any behavior under your Latter account infringes the legal rights of a third party or is subject to administrative or judicial disposal, you shall independently bear full responsibility. If this causes any loss to Latter or other third parties, you shall be responsible for compensation and keep them harmless. The losses include but are not limited to litigation costs, attorney fees, settlement costs, fines or damages specified in effective legal documents, and other direct or indirect expenses.
8.5 If you discover other users uploading illegal, infringing, or other content during the use of the Latter Service, you can report it by sending an email to [latter_app@foxmail.com], and relevant personnel will verify and handle it as soon as possible.

You shall independently judge the content published by other users using this Service and bear all risks arising from relying on such content, including but not limited to risks arising from relying on the correctness, completeness, or practicability of the content and risks arising from your personal information being known by other users. You understand and confirm that Latter shall not be liable for any disputes between users of this Service.
9.2 The content you publish during the use of this Service may be copied, reproduced, modified, or used for other purposes by third parties, which is beyond your expectation and control. You must be fully aware of the existence of such risks, and Latter shall not be liable for the disputes arising therefrom.

When your information is leaked or other serious situations occur due to your sharing behavior, Latter shall not bear relevant legal responsibilities.

10. Miscellaneous
10.1 Both you and Latter are independent entities, and under no circumstances shall this Agreement constitute an agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between the two parties.
10.2 Latter has the right to modify the terms of this Agreement when necessary. You can review the latest version of the agreement terms on the relevant service page. If you continue to use Latter, it means that you agree and voluntarily abide by the modified agreement.
10.3 If any clause of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining clauses shall remain valid and binding on both parties.
10.4 If any dispute arises between the two parties regarding the content of this Agreement or its execution, the parties shall try their best to resolve it through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the People's Court of Haidian District, Beijing. The formation, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be applicable to the laws of the People's Republic of China.
10.1 Both you and Latter are independent entities, and under no circumstances shall this Agreement constitute an agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between the two parties.
10.2 Latter has the right to modify the terms of this Agreement when necessary. You can review the latest version of the agreement terms on the relevant service page. If you continue to use Latter, it means that you agree and voluntarily abide by the modified agreement.
10.3 If any clause of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining clauses shall remain valid and binding on both parties.
10.4 If any dispute arises between the two parties regarding the content of this Agreement or its execution, the parties shall try their best to resolve it through friendly negotiation. 11. Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation
1. Our Commitment
